Born in Istanbul in 1992 and originally from Rize/Çayeli, Kadem Tüysüz spent his childhood and youth in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul. The determination and perseverance he showed from a young age were among the factors that always carried him forward in his business life. Tüysüz, who stepped into his professional career by joining the Açıkel Klemens family in the pre-pandemic period in 2020, worked as a Shipping and Transportation officer in his early years. Thanks to the experience he gained in this position and his observations in the sector, he gained important knowledge in customer relations and logistics management.
